Larry Marcus, the Arlington County Bureau chief for Transportation and Engineering, will attend the Sept. 24th NRCA meeting. He will give a short presentation on Rosslyn/Arlington's transportation issues and possible solutions. He will then take questions from the group.

The meeting will begin at 7:30 in the Dogwood room of the Holiday Inn. There is a happy hour proceeding the meeting in the Sky bar.
