The County Board approved the West Rosslyn Planning Study (WRAPS) this evening with very minor changes.
Four of the five Board members said that they owed the residents of Rosslyn an apology. And they do. Only 5 local residents came out to speak about the WRAPS process. It was sad that only 6 Rosslyn residents came to speak to the Board.

Wow! Really? Even so, I'd prefer they kept their worthless apologies and actually did something for our neighborhood. Action not words.
