The County Board will soon decide whether to establish a Regional Cultural Center in the old Newseum space. Here's a link to a Sun Gazette article on progress toward establishment of that Cultural Center.

The Cultural Center proposal came before the Arlington County Civic Federation last night. An ACCF budget committee recommendation against the Cultural Center was reviewed ... and voted down.

Jennifer Zeien and I spoke for North Rosslyn in support of the Cultural Center. The vote last night was broadly viewed as a green light from ACCF for the project.
