Dear Rosslyn stakeholders and interested parties,



JBG is very excited to announce our Rosslyn Central Place Residential project is kicking off. Beginning next Monday, February 10th, Clark Construction will mobilize and construction will begin with the installation and relocation of utility lines on North Lynn St. Demolition of the existing McDonalds building and excavation activities will begin in approximately 3 months.



To help communicate construction activities to you and the community JBG has developed a Central Place Construction blog that will be provide construction updates prior to the start of utility phase. The blogs will be updated intermittently (weekly) during utility work and at the completion of each utility phase.
