Celebrate Cherrydale!

Save this date – Saturday May31, Cherrydale “reopens” our Lee Hwy commercial main street. There will be sidewalk sales, a scavenger hunt, musicians, artists, bicyclists, unveiling of the Capitol Bike Share rack , bike repair demos, and more.

The idea is to celebrate WIN WINs- the completion of undergrounding of Lee Hwy utilities, the opening of the Capital Bike Share rack at Safeway, reintroducing our retail, and our new consortium of businesses, the Cherrydale Business Association (CBA) which we have long worked to set up. We’ll have the Cherrydale Maywood artists “Museum” store front open for the first time (corner of Lee and Lincoln St). This building has not been open to the public in over 10 years. Come see our local talent.
