The recent rash of auto break-ins in the Colonial Terrace area is a deeply unwelcome development in an area which previously has been blessed with low crime. We are now speaking with police department officers about a potential ad hoc meeting to get an update on these alarming incidents and to discuss community responses. For the time being, please hold Sunday, June 22, at 7:00 pm, for a potential meeting. Confirmation of the event, as well as location and other details, will follow.

We will have to cancel or postpone the planned meeting on crime problems, due to difficulties scheduling with the Arlington police.
