Please join us at the Holiday Inn on Friday December 6 at 7 pm (the room will be on the hotel announcements board) for a very important meeting. That night, we will do at least 2 important things: 1) Elect two new Board members to our 7 member Board, and 2) Hear about an interesting proposed construction project at the Ames Center (1820 N Ft Myer Drive) (above the gas station).

As to the first matter, two candidates have submitted application forms stating their interest in a Board seat. If you are interested in running for a seat, please tell John Hummel, President, at joinnrca@gmail.com. We will also accept nominations from the floor.

Secondly, Snell Properties will present their plans for construction of two new residential towers, replacing the current Ames Center building, and housing 600+ apartment homes.

This should be a very interesting meeting. Please attend and bring your checkbook - we will be collecting 2020 dues (still $20 per family).
