Arlington Transit will be holding a public meeting on Monday, May 19, to get feedback from the community about transit service in the County. We were hoping that you could help us get information about the meeting to the residents who live in your neighborhood via listserv, newsletter or other means. Below is information about the meeting as well as a link to more information online. There is also a link to a survey for those who can’t attend the meeting to take.





ART Wants Your Input on Transit Service



Arlington Transit (ART) wants your input on transit services in the County. A meeting will be held on Monday, May 19, to get feedback from the community on:



• ART and Metrobus service and changes you'd like to see. Input on Metrorail, MetroAccess and STAR will also be taken

• Need for additional or improved taxi service in Arlington

• ART's program to comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights ACT including riders with limited English proficiency



Feedback received will be used to draft the update to Arlington's 6-year Transit Development Plan. The update will be available for review in the fall.
