Stations were inspected Mar 19, 2008, around noon. There is a major water
leak at Rosslyn which is currently being serviced by our maintenance
team and janitorial staff.

Open Issues: Rosslyn
Light out over artwork on mezzanine level - Unresolved - (Currently 4
lights out) COMPLETED
Ceiling lights are out - Unresolved - (Currently 7 lights out)
COMPLETED
Elevator Intercom mechanical failure - Unresolved - (Currently awaiting
parts) Maintenance team has worked on unit. It remains down.
New Issues:
5 bikes were tagged

Lower Level Platform:
2 Granite Edge lights out - Unresolved - (Currently 3 lights out)
COMPLETED
5 Track bed lights out - Unresolved - (Currently 9 lights out)
COMPLETED
Ceiling tiles removed - (Front of elevator) COMPLETED
Wall lighting section out - (Towards VA) COMPLETED
Snorkel Hydraulic Lift on platform - Being used to service station
Station name signs dirty - Unresolved
New Issues:
1 Granite Edge light out

Upper Level Platform:
4 Granite Edge lights out - Unresolved - (Currently 5 lights out)
COMPLETED
1 light out - UP escalator (near top) - Unresolved - COMPLETED

Multiple ceiling tiles are out in lobby area to service water leak.
1 light out - UP escalator (middle area)
Elevator being Refurbished - Scheduled to return to service 5/08/08.

Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery

Passenger Information Display's unit blank (Direction of Largo) - One side was blank - Called into MOC.-Unresolved

the 15th. I have contacted the lighting manager directly for assistance
with all lighting issues.
