Both stations were inspected on March 30, 2012. All maintenance departments have been made aware of the inspection findings.

Open Issues: Rosslyn:

Mezzanine Level:
Escalator #2 inoperable - COMPLETED
Faregate minor problems (#10 & 18) - COMPLETED
Two Farecard vendors inoperable - # 34 has been COMPLETED
LED Screen blank – Unresolved
Concrete under escalator #9 is cracked and falling - Unresolved
Kiosk clock in inoperable – Unresolved
Faregate # 12 has no display - Unresolved
Vendor #31 has no display - Unresolved
New Issues:
Farecard vendor #38 is inoperable

Lower Level Platform:
1 – Ceiling light out (currently two are out) Unresolved
New Issues:
Escalator #9 out of service

Upper Level Platform:
1 – Track bed light out – Unresolved (Currently six lights are out)
1 – Ceiling light out - Unresolved
New Issues:
Escalators #7 & 8 restorative work being performed
Elevator #1 out of service


Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery:
CCTV (elevator #2) no picture – COMPLETED
Escalators #5 & #6 restorative work being performed - COMPLETED
Loose platform tiles noted – Unresolved
New Issues:
None
