Both stations were inspected on 5/19/08 and all associated departments
have been notified.

Open Issues: Rosslyn
1 ceiling light out near kiosk - COMPLETED
5 bikes were tagged - Plant maintenance contacted for removal (One bike
removed)
Elevator Intercom mechanical failure - Unresolved - (Currently awaiting
parts)
New Issues:
Pigeons on PID's
4 bikes were tagged

Lower Level Platform:
24 Track Bed lights out - COMPLETED
1 Wall light out near escalator - (towards J03) COMPLETED
Snorkel Hydraulic Lift on platform - Being used to service station
Station name signs dirty - Unresolved
1 Granite Edge light out - Unresolved - (Currently 2 lights out)
Barrier around Elevator being Refurbished - Scheduled to return to
service 5/26/08
Escalator glass cracked - Unresolved
New Issues:
Water leaking on to track bed - Plant Maintenance on scene

Upper Level Platform:
Multiple ceiling tiles are out in lobby area.-
COMPLETED
1 light out in lobby area - COMPLETED
Map Case dirty - COMPLETED
2 Track Bed lights out - Unresolved
1 light out (Main DOWN escalator) - Unresolved
Barrier around Elevator being Refurbished - Scheduled to return to
service 5/26/08
New Issues:
Major water leak - Plant Maintenance on scene
Hydraulic Lift on platform - Being used to service station

Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery
PID's unit blank (Direction of Largo) - One side was blank -
Unresolved
New Issues:
Platform repair in progress on both platforms.
