Both stations were inspected on September 21, 2011. All maintenance departments have been made aware of the inspection findings.

Open Issues: Rosslyn:

Mezzanine Level:
1 – Light out above artwork – (Currently two out) COMPLETED
1 – Ceiling light out in mezzanine area – (Current 5 lights are out) COMPLETED
Escalator # 4 – 2 lights out against wall – (Currently 6 lights are out) COMPLETED
Bird spike netting needed on mall side entrance – COMPLETED
Vendors 31 & 34 – No bills condition - COMPLETED
Video Display in kiosk inoperative – Unresolved
LED Screen blank – Unresolved
Concrete under escalator #9 is cracked and falling - Unresolved
Kiosk clock in inoperable – Unresolved
Escalator # 1 – 2 lights out against wall – Unresolved (Currently 4 lights are out)

Lower Level Platform:

Loose platform tiles noted – Unresolved

PIDS Track #1 not working on one side
