Both stations were inspected on April 30, 2012. All maintenance departments have been made aware of the inspection findings.

Mezzanine Level:
Faregate # 12 has no display - COMPLETED
LED Screen blank – Unresolved
Concrete under escalator #9 is cracked and falling - Unresolved
Kiosk clock in inoperable – Unresolved
Vendor #31 has no display – Unresolved
Farecard vendor #38 is inoperable - Unresolved
New Issues:
Farecard vendor #30 is inoperable

Lower Level Platform:
Escalator #9 out of service - COMPLETED
1 – Ceiling light out (currently two are out) Unresolved
New Issues:
None

Upper Level Platform:
Elevator #1 out of service - COMPLETED
Escalator #8 restorative work being performed - COMPLETED
1 – Track bed light out – Unresolved (Currently six lights are out)
1 – Ceiling light out – Unresolved
Escalators #7 restorative work - Unresolved
New Issues:
Escalator #4 out of service
Escalator #5 restorative work being performed

Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery:
Loose platform tiles noted – COMPLETED

ADA Gate lock mechanism inoperative
