Hope this e-mail finds you in good health.
Both stations were inspected on August 15, 2011. All maintenance departments have been made aware of the inspection findings.

Open Issues: Rosslyn:

Mezzanine Level:
1 – Light out over escalator # 10 – COMPLETED
Video Display in kiosk inoperative – Unresolved
LED Screen blank – Unresolved
Concrete under escalator #9 is cracked and falling - Unresolved
1 – Light out above artwork – Unresolved (Currently two out)
1 – Ceiling light out in mezzanine area – Unresolved (Current 5 lights are out)
Kiosk clock in inoperable – Unresolved
Escalator # 1 – 2 lights out against wall – Unresolved (Currently 4 lights are out)
Escalator # 4 – 2 lights out against wall – Unresolved (Currently 6 lights are out)
Bird spike netting needed on mall side entrance - Unresolved
New Issues:
Vendors 31 & 34 – “No bills” condition

Lower Level Platform:
1 – Ceiling light out (currently two are out) Unresolved
1 – Granite Edge light out – Unresolved
New Issues:
None

Upper Level Platform:
3 – Ceiling lights out - Unresolved
1 – Track bed light out
New Issues:
Elevator # 1 Tripping hazard

Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery:
Escalator #6 out of service - COMPLETED
PIDs (Track 1) blank on one side - COMPLETED
Loose platform tiles noted – Unresolved

Escalator #5 – New handrail needed
