Metro Inspection Report of Apr 25, 2008

Both stations were inspected April 25 around 10:00 a.m. and the lighting
on the Lower level at Rosslyn is unacceptable. I have contacted our
Power department for the status of the repair and Metro will send an
additional e-mail with the update.

Metro has been advised of the cracked glass in the down escalator, north end connecting the upper platform to the lower platform.

Open Issues: Rosslyn
Elevator Intercom mechanical failure - Unresolved - (Currently awaiting
parts)
5 bikes were tagged - Plant maintenance was contacted for removal.
New Issues:
1 ceiling light out near kiosk

Lower Level Platform:
Snorkel Hydraulic Lift on platform - Being used to service station
Station name signs dirty - Unresolved
1 Granite Edge light out - Unresolved
Barrier around Elevator being Refurbished - Scheduled to return to
service 5/08/08.
New Issues:
24 Track Bed lights out
1 Wall light out near escalator - (towards J03)


Upper Level Platform:
1 light out - UP escalator (middle area) COMPLETED
One Tower light out - COMPLETED
2 Track Bed lights out - (Only 1 out currently)
Multiple ceiling tiles are out in lobby area.
Barrier around Elevator being Refurbished - Scheduled to return to
service 5/08/08.
New Issues:
1 light out (Main DOWN escalator)
1 light out in lobby area
Map Case dirty


Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery
PID's unit blank (Direction of Largo) - One side was blank -
Unresolved
New Issues:
No new issues.
