Both stations were inspected on October 22, 2009 and all associated departments have been contacted.

Open Issues: Rosslyn:

Mezzanine Level:
2 - Escalator wall lamps out – COMPLETED
2 - Lights over Artwork - COMPLETED
New Issues:
1 - Light over Artwork
2 – Ceiling lights out (area near Moore St. entrance)
2 – Escalator side panel lights out (Unit #2)

Lower Level Platform:
3 - Granite Edge lights out - (Currently 7 are out) - COMPLETED
1 - Ceiling light out - (Currently 5 are out) - COMPLETED
New Issues:
1 – Granite Edge light out
1 – Ceiling light out (near escalator #3)
Graffiti on escalator #5 glass
Debris/trash removal needed (wall lights area)

Upper Level Platform:
2 - Granite Edge lights out - (Currently 7 are out) – COMPLETED
3 - Ceiling lights are out - COMPLETED
New Issues:
None


Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery:
Pay telephone (7-9609) inoperable - COMPLETED
Granite edge lights do not flash - Unresolved
Two globes missing - Unresolved
New Issues:
Pay telephone (7-9602) inoperable
PIDS Track 1- not working
Escalator #4 not working; all side panel lights out
Escalator #3- 6 side panel lights not working
Escalator #2 – 5 side panel lights not working
Escalator #1 – 5 side panel lights not working
Lights not working on lamp pole #3 & 4 (station entrance)
