Both stations were inspected on July 18, 2011. All maintenance departments have been made aware of the inspection findings.

Open Issues: Rosslyn:

Mezzanine Level:
Video Display in kiosk inoperative – Unresolved COMPLETED
LED Screen blank – Unresolved
Concrete under escalator #9 is cracked and falling - Unresolved
1 – Light out above artwork – Unresolved (Currently two out)
1 – Ceiling light out in mezzanine area – Unresolved (Current 5 lights are out)
Kiosk clock in inoperable – Unresolved
1 – Light out over escalator # 10 – Unresolved
Escalator # 1 – 2 lights out against wall – Unresolved (Currently 4 lights are out)
Escalator # 4 – 2 lights out against wall – Unresolved (Currently 6 lights are out)
Bird spike netting needed on mall side entrance - Unresolved
New Issues:
None

Lower Level Platform:
1 – Ceiling light out (currently two are out) Unresolved
