Late last year, the Long Range Planning Committee of the Planning Commission under the direction of Nancy Hunt opened a dialog between county staff and the community concerning added direction for developers in interpreting existing guidance and regulations respecting building height and tapering in Rosslyn. A number of meetings have been held on the subject and the development community hosted its own forum.
