Representatives from B F Saul, accompanied by their attorneys, introduced their company and presented several Colony House redevelopment concept graphics at the May 19, 2011, NRCA membership meeting. They are in the process of redeveloping the site into an extended stay hotel, 10 stories high, with the bottom 2 stories for parking.
