Hello all – I wanted to let you know of an application that we received from American Real Estate Partners for an amendment to SP #94, 1700 & 1810 N. Moore Street. This site plan amendment includes redevelopment/reconfiguration of the three retail levels above the Rosslyn Metro Station, façade improvements, and an increase in approximately 7,000 sq. ft. of GFA. Also submitted is an application for vacation of the public access easements on the second and third level terraces. This is a very complex proposal, so I’ve included the applicant’s narrative statement and the submitted drawings. Staff is continuing to review this proposal, and there is a possibility it could be ready to be on the Board’s April agenda, although we have not advertised it as yet.
