On December 16, the Urban Design Committee voted to support the application by NVR and associates for the project that will replace the existing "Metro Rosslyn" apartments at 1411 Key (intersection Nash Street facing Turnberry Tower). Developer has been responsive to public input via the Site Plan Review Committee process. The project includes a 6-story building with 57 condo units plus 6 townhouses fronting Nash Street, with provision for several affordable housing units. Developer has promised to provide public access via a path at the west edge of the property connecting Colonial Terrace with Key Boulevard.
