Even with this drop, Arlington County collects $10.8 Million in residential property tax that is divided between Arlington County and Arlington Public Schools. Three properties in North Rosslyn are subject to Rosslyn BID taxes, Archstone Apartments, and the Turnberry and Waterview Condos. $465,000 of the levied taxes for these properties is provided to support the Rosslyn BID efforts.
The commercial entities in North Rosslyn pay substantial property taxes, too, so quite a lot of tax revenue is generated in our small area.
