Came up with suggested short and long term solutions. Short-term fixes include new paint, and street markers. There will be increased police presence for a 6 week pilot program to mitigate panhandlers. Holding "April Arts & Beats" with local artists and local shops in the community. There is a timeframe for short term solutions to the Lee and Lynn intersection by fall.

Small modification to the minutes. The county staff present several options for the future of the waste removal facility. No decisions have been made at this time. The $100 million was the cost of one of the suggested optimal solutions, not a current plan.
