JBG has filed a site plan amendment application for the Central Place project. The purpose of this application is to seek the County Board’s permission to convert a residential lobby space on N. Moore St. into a retail space. If approved, the conversion will not result in any more retail space for the residential building than originally approved in 2007. This item will likely be heard by the County Board at their March 14, 2015 meeting
