This is an observation and not a point for or against any part of the WRAPS process. There is a joint private/public development of a fire station in Alexandria. The project is on Route One, south of Four Mile Run on the “old switch yard” property. The building is called The Station. The fire station ingress/egress is on the East side of the building.
