Metro Inspection Report of Apr 21, 2010
Rosslyn and Arlington Cemetery stations were inspected on April 21, 2010. We are working to get updated information on the Rosslyn mezzanine monitor.

Open Issues: Rosslyn:

Mezzanine Level:
1 – Bike to be tagged. – COMPLETED
2 – Ceiling lights out as you enter from Moore Street (Currently 6 out) – COMPLETED
1 – Wall light out (Escalator #4) - COMPLETED
LED Screen blank – Unresolved
Concrete under escalator #9 is cracked and falling - Unresolved
Video Display in kiosk inoperative – Unresolved (part on back order)
New Issues:
Farecard Vendor (bill & credit card issues)

Lower Level Platform:
2 – Ceiling lights out (Currently 7 are out) – COMPLETED
2 – Track bed lights out - COMPLETED
New Issues:
None

Upper Level Platform:
Approximately 25 – Track bed lights out – COMPLETED
1 – Light out above elevator – COMPLETED
Escalators #5, #6 and #8 are “walkers” - COMPLETED
New Issues:
Broken tile in front of escalator #5

Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery:
Escalator #4 out of service - COMPLETED
Granite edge lights do not flash - Unresolved
Two globes missing – Unresolved; Equipment no longer available. New fixture needed.
PIDS Track 1- not working – Unresolved
Loose platform tiles noted - Unresolved
New Issues:
None
