Mr. Derby,
Both stations were inspected on March 31, 2010. We have escalated the lighting and escalator failures to the Power and Elevator/Escalator department management teams respectively for immediate resolution.

1 – Light out above artwork - COMPLETED
1 – Bike to be tagged. – Unresolved
2 – Ceiling lights out as you enter from Moore Street (Currently 6 out) - Unresolved
LED Screen blank - Unresolved
1 – Wall light out (Escalator #4) - Unresolved
New Issues:
Concrete under escalator #9 is cracked and falling
Lower Level Platform:
2 – Ceiling lights out (Currently 7 are out) - Unresolved
New Issues:
2 – Track bed lights out
Upper Level Platform:
Elevator #1 – Intercom inoperable - COMPLETED
Approximately 25 – Track bed lights out – Unresolved
1 – Light out above elevator - Unresolved
New Issues:
Escalators #5, #6 and #8 are “walkers”
Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery:
Escalator #3 – Out of service - COMPLETED
Granite edge lights do not flash - Unresolved
Two globes missing – Unresolved; Equipment no longer available. New fixture needed.
PIDS Track 1- not working – Unresolved
Loose platform tiles noted - Unresolved
New Issues:
Escalator #4 out of service
