Metro Inspection Report of Jun 1, 2011
Both Rosslyn and Arlington Cemetery stations were inspected on June 1, 2011. All maintenance departments have been made aware of the inspection findings.

Open Issues: Rosslyn:

Mezzanine Level:
LED Screen blank – Unresolved
Concrete under escalator #9 is cracked and falling - Unresolved
Video Display in kiosk inoperative – Unresolved (part remains on back order)
1 – Light out above artwork – Unresolved (Currently two out)
1 – Ceiling light out in mezzanine area – Unresolved (Current 5 lights are out)
Kiosk clock in inoperable – Unresolved
1 – Light out over escalator # 10 – Unresolved
Escalator # 1 – 2 lights out against wall – Unresolved (Currently 4 lights are out)
Escalator # 4 – 2 lights out against wall – Unresolved (Currently 6 lights are out)
New Issues:
Bird spoke netting needed on mall side entrance

Lower Level Platform:
1 – Ceiling light out (currently two are out) Unresolved
1 – Granite Edge light out – Unresolved
New Issues:
None

Upper Level Platform:
3 – Ceiling lights out - Unresolved
1 – Track bed light out
New Issues:
ADA faregate #25 has intermittent problem

Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery:
8 – Globe lights out - COMPLETED
6 – Lights out in mezz. Area - COMPLETED
Loose platform tiles noted – Unresolved
