Mr. Derby,

Both stations were inspected on October 21, 2010. All departments have been advised of the status of equipment and service tickets have been opened for resolution.

Open Issues: Rosslyn:

Mezzanine Level:
LED Screen blank – Unresolved
Concrete under escalator #9 is cracked and falling - Unresolved
Video Display in kiosk inoperative – Unresolved (part remains on back order)
1 – Light out above artwork - Unresolved
1 – Ceiling light out in mezzanine area – Unresolved (Current 5 lights are out)
Kiosk clock in inoperable – Unresolved
1 – Light out over escalator # 10 - Unresolved
New Issues:
Escalator # 1 – 2 lights out against wall
Escalator # 4 – 2 lights out against wall

Lower Level Platform:
1 – Ceiling light out (close to Escalator #6) Unresolved
1 – Granite Edge light out – Unresolved
6 – Trackbed lights out – Unresolved
Escalator #5 – Walker and shattered glass (bottom of escalator) - Unresolved
New Issues:
None

Upper Level Platform:
Elevator #1 – Out of service - COMPLETED
1 – Ceiling light out (escalator #1) – Unresolved
2 – Trackbed lights out - Unresolved

Open Issues: Arlington Cemetery:
Granite edge lights do not flash – Track 1 – COMPLETED
Escalator # 8 – Walker - COMPLETED
Three globes missing – Unresolved; Equipment no longer available. New fixture needed.
PIDS Track 1- not working – Unresolved
Loose platform tiles noted – Unresolved
New Issues:
Passenger Emergency Reporting System (PERS) #4 –One globe light needs replacing.
