Arlington Police sent the following information asking that it be shared with our community.

March 11, 2009

ARLINGTON, VA. - The Arlington County Police Department's Criminal
Investigations Section is investigating events surrounding a traffic
collision injuring a single pedestrian on Monday, March 9, 2009.

Shortly after 6 a.m. police and medics were called to the intersection
of Wilson Boulevard and N. Fort Myer Drive for a pedestrian struck by a
vehicle. The pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Mr. Joseph Otuo, 26, of Hyattsville, MD, was charged with Felony Hit and
Run and Obstruction. He was held without bond.
