The Rosslyn Highlands Park + Coordinated Open Spaces Plan County Board Update was presented at the Jan 26, 2016 County Board Meeting.

These slides were presented at the county board meeting and shared with NRCA following the meeting.

This plan covers the remaining land owned by Arlington County following transfer of some existing park land to Penzance for development.

Arlington Public Schools owns the adjacent land where Wilson School now sits. This plan shows Arlington County's proposal to develop their part of the site. Arlington Public Schools has yet to finalize the plan for the Wilson Schools area. Further discussions will take place in the upcoming months before a "use" permit is approved by the Arlington County Board.
