Notice of upcoming mobile crane operation at 1801 N Lynn Street for Saturday 1/15/22- Sunday 1/16/22
Dear North Rosslyn Association,
CMR Crane & Rigging has an upcoming job on 01/15/22 and 01/16/22 at 1801 N Lynn Street to replace two 750ton cooling towers. We will have an approved permit from Arlington County for the crane that will be in the public right of way. My customer needs to start working at 12am on Saturday and work until 5pm on Saturday evening. They will leave the crane in the road and come back Sunday at 7am and work and be off the road by 12am Sunday night. They are requesting these working hours due to the large size of the crane they will be using to complete this work. They will be using a 550ton mobile crane for this operation. We are requesting the noise waiver so that the crane will have enough time to be put together, complete the job, and be taken apart. TES will be onsite to assist with vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
