Arlington County has provided our community documents proposing to allow a marketing and leasing office in "retail space" in the Waterview Building, 1121 19th Street N.

This is the space previously used by the Domasoteca wine and cheese shop within the hotel part of Waterview.

Please read through the attached proposal and feel free to submit responses to Arlington County if you have opinions you wish reflected in the staff recommendations and considered by the County Board granting changing use of this space from retail to sales and marketing for Central Place for 5 years. Feedback should be sent as soon a possible to the Arlington County Department of Community Planning, Housing and Development before the county board meets on September 20, 2014.
