The Washington Post reporter Michael Chandler wrote a news article on April 23, 2014: Historic Wilson School in Arlington may be redeveloped as a new school.

According to the article Arlington school and county officials announced Wednesday evening that the school system plans to retain the site for possible redevelopment as a new secondary school with a large open space available to the community.

This is, indeed, exciting and welcome news for our neighborhood!
