Arlington County has created a new e-form on the County web site to assist residents and employees in reporting snow-related concerns and issues, such as streets that need additional plowing or treatment, or sidewalks that remain untreated.

The Report a Snow Issue form replaces the email address ‘snow@arlingtonva.us’ as the main communications channel with the County and our snow removal teams. You can also call 703-228-6485 during a winter weather event for the latest snow update and to learn whether or not the snow removal team is taking requests.
