This covers how traffic will be routed during construction. The most affected area is Key Blvd immediately east of the light at Quinn. The MOT plan recognizes that the area includes car, bicycle and pedestrian uses; and it indicates that there will be road narrowing but no total road or pedestrian closures.

It will not be fun. Road work is scheduled for 8AM to 6PM (that’s longer than standard) on weekdays and 10AM-6PM on weekends, and it will require road narrowing for a total of 12 weeks in several work segments from Fall 2018 to early Summer 2019.
