Police Investigate Homicide;
Arlington man found deceased in street


ARLINGTON, Va. - The Arlington County Police Department's Homicide/Robbery Unit is investigating a homicide that occurred on Tuesday, December 29, 2009. Medic units and police responded to a call at 2:50 a.m. regarding an injured man lying on the street in the 3200 block of N. 13th Street. They located a deceased male suffering from upper body trauma.

The victim has been identified as Carl Diener, 57, of Arlington. Further details will be released when available.
