At the focus meeting on May 6, 2010, regarding the proposed Key Blvd Apartments development the attendees discussed writing county officials, especially members of the County Board, voicing opposition not to affordable housing but to the AHC proposed plans for density gained through height, the proposed building footprint covering the entire lot, and routing building traffic onto 19th street.

Attached is a starting template for a letter raising these points than you can complete, customize if desired, and mail to the county board members and any other officials involved in this planning process.
